what it want to be:

1. a place to keep contact if GLP fails

2. a meeting place if GLP is down.

3. to share investigation results/findings (and enjoy the one done by others).

what it dont want to be:

1. GLP-like... (never! we will keep member number to low)

2. a shills fighting place
